The challenge
Gyms, personal trainers, and yoga/pilates studios need more than a booking calendar — they need to actually coach their members between sessions. Most existing tools are either a scheduling app or a generic content library, but not both, and they rarely let a trainer send something to one specific client.
The build
Rutinim is a two-portal SaaS: an admin/trainer dashboard for managing trainers, the weekly class schedule, and a shared exercise library with demo images and videos, plus a member portal where clients log in with their own account to browse the schedule and library.
The core feature is personalized program assignment — a trainer can build a program for one member combining a written nutrition plan, assigned exercises from the library, and directly uploaded videos or images, all of which the member sees the moment they log in.
Stack
Next.js App Router, Prisma + PostgreSQL (Neon), Auth.js with role-based routing (owner vs. member), Vercel Blob for direct image/video uploads, Tailwind CSS v4, React Hook Form + Zod.
Design
A deep indigo primary paired with a citrus-lime accent, Manrope headings — calm enough for yoga, energetic enough for PT.
