Delivery & Shipping Terms

Products sold on bilalgokdag.com.tr are digital software/source-code products. There is no physical shipping or courier process involved.

Once payment is confirmed via the PayTR payment infrastructure, the purchased project's source code, setup files, and required instructions are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 24 (twenty-four) hours at the latest.

Delivery is made via email, either as a download link or a direct file attachment. No physical shipping or courier service is used.

If delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours due to high demand, technical issues, or force majeure, the customer will be informed via email or WhatsApp.
