Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders that have been paid for but whose source code/files have not yet been emailed to the Buyer can be cancelled free of charge by contacting the Seller through the channels below. Once cancellation is confirmed, the full amount charged is refunded to the original payment method.

The products sold are digital content (software source code), delivered immediately or shortly after payment with the Buyer's explicit consent. Under the applicable exception in Turkish distance-selling regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and no refund is issued once the product has been delivered (emailed) to the Buyer.

By confirming the Distance Sales Agreement at checkout, the Buyer accepts this condition.

If the delivered source code clearly fails to perform the core functionality described on the product page, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 7 days of delivery. The Seller reserves the right to fix the issue within a reasonable time, or to issue a refund if the claim is found valid.

Approved refunds are processed through the PayTR infrastructure back to the original payment method (card/account). The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on the relevant bank or card issuer.
