Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: The individual or legal entity who fills out the order form and completes payment on bilalgokdag.com.tr (referred to below as the "Buyer").

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product (software source code and related files) ordered electronically by the Buyer through bilalgokdag.com.tr, in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation.

The name, characteristics, and price (including any applicable tax) of the purchased product are clearly shown to the Buyer on the order/payment screen and confirmed by the Buyer. Payment is made via the PayTR payment infrastructure by credit/debit card, or another method agreed with the Seller (e.g. bank transfer).

As the product is digital, there is no physical delivery. The product is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer within 24 hours of payment confirmation at the latest. See the Delivery & Shipping Terms page for details.

Because the product is digital content delivered immediately upon the Buyer's explicit consent once payment is completed, the Buyer acknowledges that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in line with the exceptions set out under Turkish distance-selling regulations for digital content performed immediately with prior consent.

The Buyer explicitly accepts this by checking the confirmation checkbox at checkout. Before the product has been delivered (i.e. before the email is sent), the Buyer may contact the Seller to request cancellation, in which case any amount charged will be refunded.

The Buyer confirms that the personal and contact information provided at checkout is accurate. The Seller is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

The scope of the product's license and terms of use are limited to what is stated on the product's description page prior to purchase.

Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Turkish consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, within the monetary limits set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
