Overview
Nane Beslenme is a design concept for dietitians. The practice and its people are fictional (İlkadım, Samsun); the design and features can be adapted to a real dietitian within a few days.
The feel is a kitchen notebook: cream background, leaf green and small tomato-red accents. The hero is built around an SVG plate illustration divided into sections.
Key Features
- Energy and plate calculator: BMR via Mifflin-St Jeor, TDEE, target calories, macro split and BMI; the result is shown as an animated plate chart with a "not medical advice" note.
- Carry-over to booking: The result moves into the booking wizard in one click.
- Recipes: 12 recipes with a portion multiplier and nutrition table.
- Seasonal calendar: A seasonal fruit and vegetable table for Samsun and the Black Sea region with a month picker.
- Four-step booking wizard: The summary goes to WhatsApp and can be added to a calendar (.ics).
- Optional admin panel: Appointment tracking, client records, recipe and article management can be added.
