Overview
Kaya & Erdem Law is a design concept for law offices. The office and its attorneys are fictional (İlkadım, Samsun); the design and features can be adapted to a real office within a few days.
The tone is formal, calm and editorial: deep burgundy, ivory and charcoal. The hero is a filing cabinet of tabbed case files, each tab opening onto a practice area.
Key Features
- Severance and notice pay calculator: Length of service, grossed-up salary, cap application, gross/net severance and notice periods; the calculation steps are visible and assumptions are stated.
- Is mediation mandatory? A short decision tree gives general information and a next step by dispute type.
- Practice area pages: Scope, process, FAQ and related legislation for 6 areas.
- Rules-compliant language: Because of the Attorneys Act and the advertising ban there is no praise, success rate, client testimonial, fee list or campaign; the site only informs and carries a "not legal advice" note.
- Informative articles: 3 articles and a contact page.
- Optional admin panel: Consultation request tracking plus article and team management can be added.
