Overview
Defterim is the digital version of the "veresiye defteri" — the running-tab notebook Turkish shopkeepers use to track what customers owe. It's a multi-tenant SaaS built for small business owners who run more than one shop or branch.

- Multi-business support — one account manages several businesses, each with its own customer ledger
- Customer-level running balance — every debt and payment recorded, with a live balance per customer
- Two-tap entries — a single form with "Add Debt" / "Take Payment" actions, styled like real ledger ink (red for owed, green for paid)
- Business-level totals — instant view of total receivables across all customers
- Manual payment + admin approval flow — the same subscription pattern used across this portfolio's SaaS products
Design direction
Rather than reusing the gradient-hero, icon-grid template from earlier projects, Defterim leans into what it actually is — a ledger book. Warm paper tones, a slab-serif heading font, tabular monospace figures for amounts, and ruled-paper textures replace the generic SaaS look with something that reads as intentionally "notebook."
